How long will the listing run?

Your listing will remain online until your item is sold or until you take it down.

How will people see my item?

We are actively engaged in comprehensive online marketing campaigns and search engine optimization, as well print advertising.

What are your fees?

Wore It Once takes only a onetime 10% listing fee, based on the initial asking price of the item (subject to a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $50). Other services expire at 6 months, or one year. We do NOT charge a commission upon sale of your dress.

What types of images can I upload?

You may upload up to three images, in .jpg or .gif format. We'll take care of the re-sizing for you.

How many items can I post at one time?

You may post as many items as you wish. Using your unique login, you may view all of your items at any time and make adjustments as often as you'd like.

How do I know if the buyer is genuine?

If you have any concerns or doubts about a buyer, please forward it to us. Be very catious of emails that contain very bad English or use poor grammar. This is one of the first signs that it is a scam. Also, be very cautious os someone who offers you more money than you're asking, or isn't interested in the details of the dress.
